Caleb D. Thomas
Caleb D. Thomas is a dedicated and experienced attorney who brings both deep
local roots and a broad range of legal knowledge to his practice. Born and raised in
Lewis County, Tennessee, Caleb is committed to serving the legal needs of his
community with integrity, skill, and personal attention.
After graduating from Lewis County High School, Caleb earned his Associate’s
Degree from Columbia State Community College (2011–2013), followed by a
Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University (2013–2015). He went
on to earn his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of
Law in 2018.
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2018, Caleb began his legal career as a
solo practitioner, serving individuals and families throughout the region from 2018
to 2021. Since 2021, he has served as corporate counsel for Summertown Metals,
LLC, providing legal guidance on a wide range of business and contractual matters.
Throughout his career, Caleb has handled cases in a variety of practice areas,
including criminal defense, divorce and child custody, estate planning, civil
litigation, and juvenile law. His diverse experience allows him to approach legal
challenges from multiple angles and deliver effective solutions tailored to each
client’s needs.
